House rules - Vila Evelina - guest house in Druskininkai

Dear Guests,

Welcome to Vila Evelina! To ensure a pleasant, safe and peaceful stay, we kindly ask you to read and follow our house rules.

Check-in time: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out time: by 12:00 noon.
Upon arrival, guests must have registered and completed the tourist registration card online. The management of Vila Evelina reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who have not completed the tourist arrival card.
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance with the management.
Upon arrival, please familiarize yourself with the house rules and follow the instructions provided by the management.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During quiet hours, loud music, excessive noise, shouting and any other activities that disturb the rest of other guests are prohibited.
Please respect other guests’ privacy and their right to peaceful rest.

Please keep your rooms and shared areas clean and tidy.
After using the kitchen or dining area, please clean and put away the dishes and other items you have used.
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Please do not leave personal belongings unattended.
If you notice any damage or faulty equipment, please inform the management.

Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the guest house.
Smoking is permitted only in a designated smoking area, if one is available.
The use of candles, incense or other open flames inside the premises is prohibited.
The unauthorized use of heaters or other electrical appliances that may pose a fire hazard is prohibited.

When leaving your room, please make sure that the windows are closed and the doors are locked.
When leaving the premises, switch off unnecessary electrical appliances and lights.
Damaging, moving without permission or removing furniture, equipment or other property belonging to the guest house is prohibited.
Please immediately inform the management of any faults, emergency situations or other hazards.
In the event of a fire or other emergency, leave the dangerous area immediately and call the emergency number 112.

Only the number of persons specified in the reservation may stay in the room.
Additional visitors and the time of their visits must be agreed upon with the management in advance.
Visitors must comply with these house rules.
Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care.

Pets may be brought to the guest house only with the prior approval of the management.
Pet owners must maintain cleanliness, ensure peace and quiet, and protect the safety of other guests.
Any damage caused by a pet must be compensated by the person responsible for the animal in accordance with applicable law.

Please park your vehicles in the designated parking areas within the Vila Evelina grounds.
Please take care of the guest house grounds, plants and surrounding environment.
Littering, damaging outdoor equipment or disturbing the peace of neighbors is prohibited.
Please use shared outdoor areas responsibly and comply with the applicable safety requirements.

Payment for accommodation and additional services must be made at the agreed time and by the agreed method.
Guests are responsible for their actions and for any damage they cause to the guest house property, in accordance with applicable law.
Please inform the management immediately of any damaged equipment or other losses.

These rules apply to all persons staying at the guest house.
By making a reservation and staying at the guest house, guests agree to comply with these rules.
